Shipping policy

Shipping Times

Orders placed Monday through Friday between 9 and 5 will be shipped within 24 hours of receipt. Delivery times will depend on the location and speed of delivery that you choose. In most cases, it takes 3-5 business days in transit.

Please note that shipping times are calculated once the order has been fulfilled, NOT once the order has been placed. To be safe all for a total of 5-7 business days, including processing time.

Shipping Zones

We ship to Canada and the USA under standard shipping rates

Shipping costs for USA and Canada 

We charge $10 a shipment to partially cover some of the courier costs. We don't make a profit on shipping; in most cases, the shipping costs us a lot more than $10, but we offset that for our customers to make it more affordable. 

International shipping

We can offer international shipping, however, the lowest cost we have found is $55 CND to ship a unit to European zones and maybe more depending on locations. We do not make a profit from shipping. If you want to get a quote on shipping to your country please email julia@rail-ez.com
