The entire system does not work, won’t work on rail without shims, I m not going to do that. Over $100 down the drain!

First, this is not Ginger. I purchased this for her. But I helped her solve a problem and discovered this product and am very happy. The price point is good and it works like it says it will. This is a very nice product but I had some difficulty getting the adjustments just right on a metal rail lower rung but it seems secure now that I have a sun sail pole installed.
